Helen Stubbs writes stories that are dark with pointy edges. Some have been published in anthologies and magazines, including Kaleidotrope, Apex Magazine, A Hand of Knaves, Next, Midnight Echo, and Winds of Change. Her story Uncontainable received an honourable mention in the Australian Shadows Awards and she has won a Ditmar Award for Best New Talent, The Aussiecon 4 Short Story Competition, and the Graham Burstow Short Story Competition.

She’s an interviewer for Galactic Chat, the speculative fiction podcast, a journalist at We Are Gold Coast, and tweets @superleni. She has co-edited an anthology and Midnight Echo 13.

Helen is currently seeking an agent and publisher for her novel, Tallebudgera.
